Rob LaPage grew up in Glendale Heights, IL and relocated to Oregon eight years ago with his wife Michelle and their two children.  They built a home in rural Oregon to enjoy the abundant wildlife and serenity of Ogle County.

Rob began fishing with friends as a young boy and on family camping trips.  He truly enjoys the sport and says his favorite fish to go after are bass and catfish.  Rob has fished three tournaments so far and plans to enter the Catfish Tournament at Byron this year.  He represented Rock River Outfitters in the Catfish Tournament at Dixon, IL sponsored by Cabelas in 2010.

A neighbor introduced Rob to hunting at the age of 18 and it has been a passion ever since.  Bow, black powder and shotgun season you would only find him in the field somewhere.  Geese and whitetail deer are his favorite quest.  When asked what his “Dream Hunt” would be he said an Elk hunt in Montana using a bow.

Rob’s favorite gun currently in his safe is a Smith & Wesson M&P – 9MM.  His comment was I really like that gun.
