Melody Welty is co-owner of Rock River Outfitter’s Inc.  Growing up in Daysville not far from Oregon she enjoyed the rural area and time in the out of doors.  Riding and caring for her horse filled a lot of time.

Melody is currently employed by the Oregon Park District but plans to retire and be a full time bait shop employee in January.  Book keeping and marketing as well as customer service are Melody’s part of the Rock River Outfitters business.  Oh, lawn mowing and cleaning are also on the “to do” list!

Melody enjoys people and likes the opportunity to visit with customers at Rock River Outfitters.

Other interests are gardening, rubber stamping, marquetry has fished in three tournaments try and quilting.
